I found a box with a load of Old flavours in them.... I have done some internet searching and cannot fine much about them at all. Anybody able to shed some light on if they are good flavours etc.
Mainline Zenon Bojko - Mediterranean Shellfish
Mainline Zenon Bojko - Cherry Juice
Mainline Zenon Bojko -Profile Juice - Condensed Milk
Mainline Zenon Bojko -Profile Juice - Raspberry Ripple
Kevin Maddocks Bait Perfecter - Butterrum
Nash - Plum Puree
Anybody have any recommend hookbait recipes for any these? They were a load of other known newer flavours & a shed load of N Butric. Due to Tier 3 I'm not going to get out much so thought I may prep some hookbait for spring.

I'd say they were at least 20 years old. Zenon's bait became Mainline so those flavours pre-date the Maainline ones (probably from the same source) I wouldn't make anything with them if I were you.

If they are that old they will have certainly deteriorated a lot. Not saying the won't work but why spend a load of time making them for the sake of a few ££ to buy fresh?
If you do use them then the first time you are sitting behind motionless indicators you will have a niggle in the back of your mind 'is it the old flavours'.
Not sure why idiots pay so much on ebay for out-of-date gear but if they want your money then who are you to argue

Thanks for the replies gents.
Some do smell very very faint... but some were still sealed and really pungent (a deep nostril full of the shellfish wont be repeated anytime soon)
I have bought a few of the BAF bundles for wafer and pop ups so will have some fresh stuff as well.
Still may make a test batch with some of the old ones to see how I get on.

Theres a few companys out there making pop ups out of old dead stock flavours from the likes of Hutchinson Nash and Geoff Kemp. Probably more for nostalgia reason and a sense of one upmanship in using something no one else is likely to be using. Dont get it myself. Fresh is best in my eyes..
