With the mark up on shrink tube distributed by tackle companies bordering on the obscene, I'm after recommendations for some sold for the electronic market. What colour and diameter do people use?

I get mine from rapid electronics in Colchester I paid about £10 a few years ago for a 25mtr reel in 2.5mm clear 👍

I just bought 1m of each size in brown from some random ebay seller for pennies. Options for every hook size

I got a bunch of sizes from 1 to 3 mm I think buddy. I use them all depending on size/pattern of hook.

Try Aldi or Lidl a box of assorted in black for a fiver and lasts for ages

City Electrical Factors (CEF) are a nationwide electrical wholesaler. Every branch I used while in the trade had a counter that sold to the public as well as trade. You'll get your shrink wrap from there at a fraction of the price, I would imagine other electrical wholesalers would do the same but I only ever used CEF.

1.6, 2.4 and 3.2 is good in black and brown. Can't find a decent green though.
