I've always used solar bobbins , they are at least twenty years old
Anyway I got bored and ordered defiant swing arms things think they are called warlock
Which I like but the isotope was too small so I fitted new solar heads which are a pain to adjust to be honest
I need to keep 25 mm isotopes which is important to me
What are the jag clips like ?
Ideally I'd like the bearing clip , with a 25mn isotope

Pretty sure if you speak to Keith at Defiant MPS he will make you whatever you need. It's not just off the shelf stuff.

My custom bobbins arrived today and I'm well pleased
Keith made them to incorporate single magnets , a 25mm isotope slot
with a section at the bottom to add a coloured sleeve 👍🏻

Keith does some cracking stuff. I wanted a set of Blue Bobbins like the old Solar pencil thin type as mine have all died a long time ago. He managed to get them almost as thin with magnet line clips, must have been a right fiddly/horrible job.

Can't do pics unfortunately
Basically they look like the mk2 heads but by having one magnet
Allows more room for the beta light
I've gone for white sleeves , but they can be changed at any time

I have the bank sticks and two sets of indicators
The warlocks and another set for real close range so I can set the line lay
Just how I want it
I'm not really into sodding about with indicators but it's easy to change between the two
Easy to set up , line up and clip up, not effected by the wind etc
Really happy with all Keith's stuff

Safe Liners do not have the ball bearing clip & rely on the rubber insert to grip the line (they are designed to fish like Stows). They also do not take standard isotopes either as the ones that fit have a rubber sleeve fitted over them. The Safe Liner isotopes are 15mm isotope inside a 20mm housing.

i got some 20mm isotopes and got some 5mm clear plastic pipe and inserted the iso in to it works a treat you want 5mm ouside diameter and 3mm internal this if your isotopes are 3mmx20mm.

I didn't fancy the safe liner as the rubber bit may need replacing and ideally a matching
Isotope, would make them expensive , I'm not slagging them as I haven't been near any
I already had 25x 3 isotopes and have defiant indicators with mag 2 heads
So for less than thirty quid I have , for me anyway the ideal heads
The mag clip is for me ideal , quick and easy
They are only bobbins but I do like a clear view at night , otherwise I'm always jumping out into the mud
at night for every duck or liner😂
