If it is run by 12volt batteries you could go to Halfords and buy a charger from there
Failing that
Try a golf trolley charger from somewhere like American golf
Or

If you have a look at the battery label it normally tells you what type and voltage it is.
12 v, (24v probably 2x 12v) lead acid or lithium, then get a charger to suit. As framey says somewhere local like Halfords or online amazon and eBay have loads for around £20.
