Purchased some stuff of them, order came half complete. When I contacted them they said will post the missing items but since then no correspondence. 5 Days later and no item

Absolute disgrace of a company , avoid at all costs , I had a bad experience using them , never again

Figured something was off. Bought a nash porch extension which came badly boxed not even in original sealed box. Other bits i purchased missing from order didn't even included check sheet and invoice.
O well will let paypal deal with them

I have used them recently and this was for the first time. I purchased a Diawa xl tackle holdall. it arrived without a problem ! looks like I might have been very lucky.

They called me today saying there was error and the missing parts will be sent tomorrow.
So hopefully get what i ordered in the end

Shambles of a company
Won't ever use them again after the level of service received. Advertising stock when none in and then struggling to get a refund

Lol unfortunately have to agree. Another 3 days and still no missing items or any information from their end.

I live fairly close to this tackle shop (about 3 miles). Its not to bad of a shop and have a lot of gear in store. I have never ordered online as I live so close.
They moved location around 18 months ago and by the look of it they are still finding their feet in their bigger facility. This shop could have good potential to be one of the big names but, this may take time.
What I would do is always call and check stock levels before you place an order via their website or ebay store. I actually message them via Facebook messenger or call before I drive 3 miles to their store!
