Has anyone recently orderd anything off total fishing tackle?
I made an order and have had no email confirmation, tried to ring but seems you can't at the min so messaged on fb with no reply yet the message has been seen.

I had 3 new rods off them 2 weeks ago with no issue. One needed replacing as it arrived broken but they resolved it quickly.
I think they are using email and Facebook more than the phone lines, hope you get sorted quickly!

Hi mate, I have had a recent order from them, it was an absolute shambles to be honest,not to mention the terrible service ,but everything eventually turned up.

As you are probably aware all communication is via email, which can be slow, never managed to get any replies through facebook.

They say on their site dispatch is within 24hours of order, but it took 4 days for my full order to be dispatched/confirmed,and about the same again for delivery.

Hopefully you will get sorted soon

Update....i had a very short and blunt facebook message earlier saying 'I can see your order'. No eta on delivery or dispatch time though.
Well at least I know they have received my order and assume it will turn up at some point next week 🤣

Yes I am pretty pissed off with the rubbish accounting and lack of customer care from them Im having issues with them right now !!!!!!

I think its pretty disgusting they are using Covid AS AN EXCUSE not to have phone support !!!! and Email is far to long and a shambles they needs someone in customer service and sales and after sales who gives a flying ****

often end up buying from them via e-bay, to be honest I have never had an issue with the speed of service, i dont know whether they lean towards the e-bay side as buyers can claim very quickly for poor service

I've had 2 orders from them in the last 10 days or so and both times I've had the delivery within 2-3 days. I use them for most of my online purchases and haven't had any real issues, one time the box was a bit battered and an item missing but emailed and explained, about a week later had a replacement (took a bit longer as I had the last one in stock so they had to order in a replacement)

Only the fittest survive, wouldn't be a bad thing if they went under.

Ordered something 9pm on 16/09

Turned up today at 11am, didn't pay for the extra delivery.
