I am after a light weight table that I can use to work on the laptop on, I am soon going to be able to do longer sessions but will need to work from the the bivvy any ideas for a light decent table

The ngt dynamic table is OK, the legs lock but it still wobbles a bit as the locks are a bit loose.
The legs on bivvy tables are all too short to sit at with a laptop, and I found I was hunched over more than having the laptop on my lap. Camping tables were all quite big and bulky. In the end I got something similar to the saber tablet holder which clamps on to frames of chairs / bedchairs.
This only works if you have a convertible laptop like a surface Pro or separates like with an ipad pro with keyboard and mouse. I use a hp x2 210 10" convertible which is quite cheap now.

I've done exactly the same, also have had disc surgery so saves me fro crouching g down to the kettle etc.
Look at the avid bivvy table, get some 15mm ally tube same diameter as the stock legs, about £5 for a 2m length, and 4 rubber feet off ebay/amazon.
I now have 3 sets of legs, the standard, some at 12 ish inches and the the longer ones at 24 inches.
I'd add a pic, but can't work how the bloody hell to do it...

Don't know if you're close to a Costco, I noticed yesterday they had small (ish) fold up tables for sale.

just make sure you get one with adjustable legs makes life a lot easier

I have one of these for camping (not fishing) https://www.obelink.co.uk/bo-camp-camping-table-80-x-40-cm.html and you can have it at different heights of 30, 44, 54, 68cm. It has been used many times and still works well plus it folds down quite small for transport.
