I've not long ago started using a gas stove . After years of using the petrol stoves. Anyway I got put onto a spot on stove to use. But was wondering what the best make gas to use in the winter months ? I'm using the Coleman's gas bottles at the moment witch seem to be good. But will thay be good in the colder months ? I'll the gas slow up ? I've seen different makes gas i.e ngt make and so on. But that's a fishing name so is it a cheap gas compared to the Coleman's gas ?

Coleman gas is OK, but I found that the GoSystem is a bit better.
It is a butane iso-butane mix and does seem to be better near the end of the canister.

I'ts that price on there most of the time, they do a lot of good prices. Some of their SIM's look good value.

I'd agree with that. I used to buy the stuff from B&Q using a family members discount card worked out nice and cheap.

But Coleman gas in the link is a 70/30 butane/propane gas mixture
and it would be fine to zero deg C

If you are on about the standard 7/16” unef threaded cartridges, any named brand will do for angling,bare in mind 75% of cartridges are manufactured by one company in Korea and rebadged, Coleman isn't one of these companies but I'd say that's down to them being a US company etc. Winter blends are available but only come into their own in extreme temperatures and at altitude. For me I'd just buy the cheapest and most readily available to yourself.
As a footnote buy a Jetboil crunch-it tool too, that way you can bleed the canister completely, safely puncture it and place it in your household recycling bin safe in the knowledge you've done your bit for the planet.
