I have had a few catapults over the years, the best one is probably still on a tree stump south of Paris near Fontainebleau but I'm not driving back to get it.
The ones I've had since I just can't use!
The contents go everywhere except where I want it to go.
Any suggestions please on it good reliable pult.

been using a sling for a few years that I imported but now they are available here like this

They work well 100yds is not too difficult but there is a bit of a knack to it and the balls have to be of the right consistency and it's important to keep the size the same if accuracy is required. It's surprising how accurate you can be with a bit of practice.

Drennen. Green elastic one is for closer ranges, up to 50 yds I think. Red is the extreme one. Best I have used by miles, been around years
A good binding groundbait and smaller balls are the key for range mate, golf balls or tangerine size max, closer in small oranges. What are you using, if it's a secret, fair play

Mines a Drennen as well, has a proper pouch. I make my ground bait balls in advance, about 30 grams gets a golf ball size, freeze them down and take frozen. Can get about 60 yards. Hinders do some good mixes add small pellets, liquids and hemp oh and some marmite

Drennan feeder pult and a Nash Ball Maker is what I use.
Drennan pults are great 👍
