Ive got delkim txis and all the extras but feel like my buzzbar bag weighs a tonne. I like to travel light and its bugging me,so maybe thinking of a change!
The r3s seem to get good reviews but i cant find anything on what they weigh!
Whats your experiences between the two??

What do you have in your alarm bag to be too heavy? I have 2 Delks swingers and nite lites, then 4 carbon banksticks and receiver, this weighs next to nothing. I don't think the weight saving on just your alarms will be substantial. Maybe if you're using stainless that should be your first thing to look at.

3 jag prolite sticks 2+1 buzz bars 3 txis reciever slimlites snag ears the arms for slimlights,spare batterys (could take them out) dlocks and i think thats it!
I know the r3s wont save that much but like i say i do fancy a change and weight saving is another plus for me!

Can't help with the weight or features of the r3s. Sounds like you've already refined as much as you can but I'd be surprised if you manage to save 500g-1kg

I cannot comment on the weight of my R3s but I don't think they are heavy but never thought of it.
Did a lot do research / looked at a lot of reviews compared to new delks before purchasing and since buying I cannot fault them. You won't be disappointed.... Well, unless they are heavy 😅

I'm sure you can save weight elsewhere... never thought of buzzers as heavy items.
I've had R3's and they were lighter than my Ntxr's... but nowhere near as good!

Agreed the weight difference between a set of alarms is like carrying an extra couple of leads.
Think you need to look at your other tackle items or get yourself down the gym.
