Hi Guys,

I have recently bought 5k of 2t-b from abs but not been able to get out and test it out yet, hopefully can do this Friday 😁
Was just wondering if anyone is currently using it and finding it? I have used the maple nut and malarkey in the past and found them to be very good indeed, as is most of the stuff Geoff is involved in.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks fellas.

It's very good. Quite soft too which I really like.

I had a chat with Geoff about it when I ordered some and his explanation of what's in it and why the ingredients work well together was really interesting. Use with 100% confidence 👍🏻

Been on it for over 18 months now, not intending to change any time soon. Very rarely blank on it. As said it's a soft bait which I also like. I use Geoff's hard hookers or UB Baits white DT Bobbers on the hair 👌🏻

Thanks for all the info fellas, gonna give it a bash tomorrow night and see how I get on, its not the softest I've had although I have got the shelf life as no freezer space left, I'm sure the fresh bait is softer but certainly smells the part, cant wait to try it out, one on a spinner and one on a snowman 👍

Cheers.

If you have lot's of silvers in the lake they won't take long to destroy your hookbait, as you say shelfs maybe a bit harder, I can't comment on that one as never had them.

Should be fine mate, fished fresh lives plenty of times and never had a problem and I find them very soft, even the shelves. 👍

Really struggled on this bait last year might just not be the right bait for the lake i fish maybe the silt over powers it god knows. just didn't produce anywhere near the same amount of fish as hydra k

The lake I fish is an old silty estate lake, oddly fishmeal baits don't produce well at all, otherwise I would try Hydra K as seems a good one. As you say could be water dependent.

Probably a tonne of reasons why , ph of the water, lots of silvers in there they might be all over it, fish just prefer fishmeals, god knows what it is Ive no clue. No doubt it's a good bait but like all baits they don't work everywhere

I'd always do some research as to what a lake is being fed with and what other people are using. You get enough people using the same bait it can become a food source for the fish until they wise up to it then A slight tweak can set them off again
