Hi guys can anybody recommend a 10ft 2.75lb tc rods below £100 each.
Im just putting together a small light Carp setup im not a fan of these heavy rods and big pit reels (no offence).
Ive seen the Nash Dwarf rods which look and feel ok i also had a butchers at the ESP Stalker rod which i preffered but think it was 9ft.
Can anybody recommend any others?
Ive will be using them with Daiwa GS 3000s.

If you can live with 9ft check out the Daiwa Powermesh Stalker 2.75. Standard butt ring is 30mm which I think is fine but I think it's Future Fishing that sell them with 50mm which is OTT IMO.

Even better look at 2.5lb Tc rods look no further than the TF Gear compact commercial 10ft 2.5lb rod cracking rod joy to use for the money at £35 each has full length Handle which is a bonus as most shorter rods come with short handles

Had dwarfs and snapped a tip or two I can't remember, a lot of others moved over to sonik xtractors, great rods. I've got 2 10ft 3.25tc and I love them, sure they do a lighter tc if you're after a small pack down size

Id 100% recommend the tfg compact carp 10ft 2.5lb rod.
I wont bother repeating all the stuff i have wrote in plenty of other "what 10ft rod" threads, but trust me, you will not be disappointed

Got too agree with Carpy 09 ,the tfg rod is excellent all i have used for last 2 seasons . If you are lucky you might get them for £25 .

another one for TFG 2.5lb ,,,, not used mine yet, but they are a stunning rod for the money. I also see JRC are releasing some retractable ronds under Rova label ... They are 2.75lb

I might have to get one of these now what with all the positive feedback. I'd want it for a float rod to replace the barbel rod I gave the father in law

Have a gander at the daiwa crosscast 10ft 3lb.... it's really soft and bends right through. As thin as a match rod and a decent length handle. It's nowhere near 3lb tc imo. I used them with gs4000 reels which balanced really nicely.

I had both the TFG 10Ft Compact Carps and 9ft Powermesh. Both nice but kelp the Daiwas. Really superb rods to play fish on.
