If any one is thinking of purchasing anything from Matrix Power Solutions I would really not bother.
The customer service is rubbish, pretty much inline with the products.
I bought their “ Elite “ power bank, I used it in the house for 5 days to see how many times It would charge my IPhone, when it came to recharging, it would not take any charge....
I then returned it and asked for a refund, which I was refused and he then claimed it was damaged when he got it back but didn't provide any pics of said damage.
Long story short, I paid £117.20 for a 12v motorcycle battery in a green box with some dodgy wiring inside. now he is not returning my messages and I have nothing to show for it.
I'm sure he has some happy customers but not this fella.

Not good cheers for the heads up, hope you get your money back. If they play around and you didn't pay by PayPal then try a charge back through your bank, works with visa and mastercard credit and visa debit cards too

I payed with PayPal but because I'd used it and he then said it was damaged when it arrived back no refund was given.

If you funded PayPal from your card you can still try a charge back, maybe the bank will be more willing to listen than PayPal...
