I've tried it out for a couple months last year and gave up was fishing one rod on that and one essential cell and the essential went every time could have maybe given it a while longer but went with what was catching at the time. Not to say it's not a good bait though just was not productive for me

I tried it at my local and caught my first eel from the lake. I've not persevered with it.

Tbh mainline make quality bait so it'll definitely work in some venues.
