Does anyone have a preference when it come to the material of their waders? I've always used neoprene myself but can get a bit uncomfortable when I'm sat in them all day snag fishing .

If you have to be in the water for a long time - especially cold water - then always neoprene, but for general carp fishing I would always use nylon waders. Neoprenes are a pain to get on and off.

Scierra x 16000 boot foot waders are the best I've ever owned, and that's a lot.. they are breathable goretex,
And the boots are neoprene lined, and lower than most boots, they roll down well and are a doddle to step into, Comfy to wear for hours on end if required.
In the winter months I just wear my salopettes underneath... Not managed to puncture them yet either in a years hard use...
