Anyone who uses this line Can they please tell me how you spool up i put it in a bucket of water over night and winded it on to my reels clockwise and had nothing but line twists ever since i followed the you tube way of loading esp

Loaded up this week same way as you described. Bucket of water, label facing up and wind it on through a cloth. Gone on nicely so can't ant really think what has gone wrong for you

I have an old ice cream tube that is quite tall but narrow and wind the line on the spool on it's side and that seems more natural to me as that is the way the manufacturers load it on in the first place.
Most lines take a bit of time to 'bed in' and if you can go somewhere quiet, cast out about a dozen times and wind the line back on and that seems to soften it a bit.

Load up about 50 yards, then pull off a few yards (with the bail arm open). If it twists, turn the spool of line over. If it doesn't, carry on - it's not twisting.

When you say 'clockwise' did you have the spool lying flat or vertical rotating?

With mono I used to always do it like this, which is basically the same as the ESP video showing how to spool the Synchro

I use a plastic cereal container,I have the line coming from the underneath.As Yonny has said put a few turns on then check is the best option

about 25 years ago I bought one of these in Walmart works very well I still pinch a wet rag with washing up liquid solution on it and wind it thru it as its loading this removes any production oils and makes the line sink very quickly
