Hi guys I would like to buy either a rod pod or buzz bars but not sure what to go for, what do u guys use?
For yrs I have used a jrc tri pod I guess u would call it, 3 legs and it stands quite high can be a bit unbalanced with you get a sideways take. I have been quite fancying the route of buzz bars etc but so many out there

Buy the most useful for your current lake, a pod generally is more adaptable however sticks are so quick and a lot lighter

Take a look at the Avid Buzzpod. Been using it for a while now and suits all situations I find myself in. You can use it as a traditional front buzzbar with a fixed rear buzzbar or add a 3rd bankstick to use it as a tripod.

Sticks as a pod, mine being Defiant MPS Panther, that way you don't have to carry extra banksticks if you need to put a rod somewhere other than on your pod or buzz bars, total flexibilty

Use a pod that lets you use them as either pod or buzz bar on sticks, preferably as Goalpost

I actually take both a pod and a separate goal post set up
I would say 90% of the time I use the goal post set up.
But have occasionally used single sticks but not often.

I will look into pods that can be used as goal posts.
I was looking at the korda singlez and bloody hell it's pricey to buy every thing
