HI Just got the carp fishing italy boilie gun as recommended here delivered and very impressed with the quality. One question what hose connector does it have? My SIP compressor has the quick connectors and this seems to need a threaded one? Any help greatly appreciated!

Does it have a male or female thread on the gun? Probably female. You'll need one of these mate

I have one of these guns, i removed the last threaded piece supplied with the gun this left me with a male 1/4" bsp nipple fitting to this i just screwed a male quick release euro fitting on with a female thread.

Just a note on quick release connectors they are not all compatible, eg the euro fittings i use will not work with the fitting in link on previous post and vice versa. You should be able to tell the difference by looking at a pic of both.

Doh,
Had to look this up.
Thought it was a gun for firing boilies out.

hi thanks for your posts super helpful. 1 trip to Screwfix and £179 later got myself a 1/4bsp female with male euro connector. All sorted, happy days and no more knackered hands using a manual gun!
