As title. Found some in shed which I think are 3 years old. Bin or soak and boil?

I've just found some that I had bought in 2012... not sure I'd use those now!

I found a small bag the other day along with my Lockwood season ticket... Dated 1999 .
In a sealed bag and bucket, looked and smelled okay. Probably wouldn't use them but looked similar to new ones

Prepped them, but even after 5 days in this heat, they didn't get gloopy. So there's my answer I guess...
Are you sure?
