I have had a Anker Astro E7 26800mAh for the last few years. Still going strong and works well for me but have been wondering if anything else is about which holds more power in the same price range - I think I paid £40-50
I now the ridge monkey one bigger capacity but talking £200 for one of them. Ideally would like without the carp tax.

I appreciate that this isn't what you've asked but why not just buy another Anker or similar?
I always like to have 2 power banks in case one breaks. Putting your eggs in one basket can be a PITA when things go wrong!

I'm also in the market for a power pack not for charging it's for using with a 7in TV I've been using a golf trolley battery but it's starting to deteriorate recently if anyone could recommend one please

Ive got the Vault C-Smart 42150mAh on order. I dont go on sessions long enough to need the bigger one. I intend to use if for work as well as fishing so it will definitely get a decent work out from me. In my last van i ran power to the rear and fitted several charging points, which i used for a gas analyser, work lights, head torch, phone and a laptop. Rather than going to all that hassle again I figured i might as well just charge a monkey vault up at home over night as it has all the ports that I need. I dont run all that stuff flat everyday so i think it should be ok. Plus it can replace my ageing power pack for fishing.
I will let you know my first impressions when i get it and how it performs over a longer test. I'm already thinking that i might add the solar panel as well. As if i am going to do a long session it wouldn't be in winter anymore, so in summer thats when id get the best performance from the panel.

I just use their plug in car type connector supplied with the power pack. So it's just like charging everything as if you were in your car...

Do they support fast charge usb-c for phones that use the power delivery? If you buy an adapter? If they do then they look great value.

Ive got the Ridge monkey big boy 77850 Vault C-Smart I had the older RM vault before this but upgraded as the c smart feature is a big addition.
I tend to work on the bank and run a MacBook Air and Im able to work all day with no problem, Im also a bit of a gadget freak and run an iPad with a speaker if I'm watching the footy as an example and I can also charge my phone multiple times if needed.
I tend to do 48 hr sessions and its never run out despite loads of use and so for me it does everything I want.
for me if you are doing sessions and use lints of tech then its a brilliant piece of kit and I use it for so much more than just fishing
