I want to try and work from the bank once the lake reopens but dont know if it's possible to keep the laptop powered using my power vault. Any ideas?

I use mine to power my MacBook I brought a usb c cable from Ebay that works fine, no doubt they will have similar for yours

You can't unfortunately unless you have a C-smart input like MacBooks. rIdgemonkey failed to mention that this technology is in fact not out there for must laptops in their sales spill. I have just brought a Powapac Atom and will sell the C-Smart

I thought the power vaults had a 12v cigarette lighter socket? When I was contracting for BG we all had Panasonic tough books and I used to charge mine off of the cigarette socket in the van all the time. In fact the battery was so **** that it was almost permanently plugged in.

12v cigarette socket adaptor or see if your laptop supports USB C charging - most laptops will have it now

Iv seen the Duracell 12v to 175w inverter. Do you think it will be ok?

Have a look at the wattage on your laptops power block.some laptops wont charge if the wattage is too low, but some will use the underpower source to run off of without charging. My laptop requires 65w to charge but will use powerbanks from 45w as an additional battery that it will deplete first.

The problem with using the 12v socket is finding the official make for your laptop. You could buy a cheap one and run the risk of messing up laptop battery. Whilst buying a new work laptop the only ones that seemed to have it was Apple
