As title says, I got an old SHARP Viewcam 8 camcorder that is knackered now and I have hours of old fishing trips on the mini 8m tapes.

I'd love to give these a watch again, can anyone help me by suggesting a way of transferring these to digital format. Ideally I'd like to transfer these myself.

Photo shops used to do them. Had some of mine done
