My new syndicate I need to use braid for distance fishing however no leaders are allowed which leaves me just tubing. How does one tread braid through tubing? It's heard enough with stiff line?
Two choices, either a Gardner tube threader or pass some line through first then tie to braid and pull back through. Had the same dilemma before.

how about a thin guitar string (.008 or .009 gauge), pass it through the tube then bend the end back on itself and use as a thread puller to pull the braid back through, never tried it but I think that should work

That's the cheapest and simple way.
Instead of a knot I just finely super glue them together.
Works perfectly.

Gardner tube threader. Also if you use tungsten tubing its much easier to get line through in my opinion on its own. I use korda dark matter tubing and its really easy to get line through and nice and supple. User friendly

Some nylon through first & tie the braid around it before pulling through. Cheapest & simplest way. The Gardner Tube Threader is essentially a shorter match anglers pole elastic threader which could be picked up cheaper.

Is it me but when I have tried either the Gardner or a pole threader the threader is too tight in the tubing?

Inline lead with tail rubber attached. Grab the other end ( lead at the bottom) and thread line through. Make sure you cut line with scissors before threading. Works for me every time.

Superglue the last six inches and hang the braid so that it hangs straight. Allow to dry, thereafter the treated end will be easy to thread through the tube. Tie a knot in the end as the braid will easily slip out again otherwise.
Personally I use a 1.5m length of 30lb Mirage instead. It's as heavy as some tubing and is not so damn obvious!
