Can anyone guide me toward a good spod bucket stand, I have a few ridgemonkey buckets that I want to utilise.

The new fox bucket belt allows you to use different size buckets as it's not permanently fixed.

I've got the double Cygnet one but I don't really use it as normally only use one bucket at a time so went for the Fox strap and it does the job and fits in my bags taking up next to no space

Another vote for the Avid spod station, great bit of kit and comes complete, unlike a few others. Really easy to set up, holds the bucket firm and very easy to adjust on uneven ground, IMO takes some beating,

Fox are bringing out a take on it, a strap with 4 threads on so you can attach your own banksticks. Easier to move about with I guess.

Its a good design imo ...but the price
. For me the Fox strap sounds promising.Failing that i will resort to my current model...3 buckets stacked

You factor in 4 storm poles or long bank sticks and the Nash becomes an obscene price also the Fox strap looks less of a bargain.
I have been looking at the Avid and Spomb stands as the best value.

I've had an Avid onefor a good few years - it's cheap and does the job great.
Though if I was getting a new one now I would probably get the Cygnet one - same price but the Avid one has one rod support - The Cygnet has two.

I have the Spomb one, I havent used it yet but I did assemble it to check it out. It assembles really fast, just insert the 4 legs into the camlocks in the bucket frame. It comes with a 15" x 12" padded carry bag, it all packs away nicely. Its slightly wobbly, nothing serious but noticeable, there are 2 joints in each of the elasticated leg poles and they fit together like bivvy poles.
