Loved this stuff until recently. My brothers been using the 12 and it's less than 3 months old and snaps like cotton. Hoping he's had a bad batch.

My guess is bad batch. I've used mine for 18 months now in the 15lb version. My only complaint is that it is bloody difficult to pull for a break if snagged up!!

Exacltly what I told my brother. I've nearly pulled islands in with the 12lb.

Might just have had a bad batch bud I've just respooled mine with it In 15lb still just as good as the stuff I had 12/24 months ago 👍

I used it quite a while ago and spooled up more recently with it for a change. Does make me wonder If it is different to the original stuff, seems more wiry as I remember. Also the older stuff I seem to remember as more translucent, could be wrong, it's been a while?
I know the old stuff was tuff as old boots, I have always took the last 20 foot of quite regular and can remember seeing all the nicks in it at the time, the black colour used to make it stand out, pretty amazing when I used to look at it' loads of nicks etc, guess its the same with all lines pending where you are fishing, just does not show up as much

Bought some last year after reading reviews on here , took off as on 2nd session it was snapping really easily .
