Has anyone used a slow cooker to prepare Tigernuts.
If so what did you do? ie did you soak first?

No need to soak. Cook the tigers for a couple of hours in the slowcooker and they are fine

Same as me. I soak them most of the time but when in a rush just pop em in the slow cooker....great for hemp too.

Where's the best place to buy unprepared tigers if you don't need stupid amounts of them. Lots of places seem to have them but in big sacks and I only want a couple of kilos.

As far am I'm aware beds growers dont have a public store, or even sell tigers etc, so yeah it's g&m mate. Not a bad shop and dead cheap

I might be able to grab a bag of tigers from monster at the weekend if they have any. I didn't realise titmuss did them in small bags either.

Some of the jolleyes stores sell them
I know The one in crews hill does,Stevenage does not
And you can buy 1 Single tiger or 100kilos.

Im trying today, cooking on high in full fat coke. Leaving on all night

I don't think I'd be too popular cooking hemp either in the slow cooker or in the house
