I'm waiting to hear back from Garry at the minute. Got 3 of my reels with him. Sometimes he's slow getting back to people but his work is quality.

Garry is definitely trading I spoke to him on Monday e-mail is best and as always his workmanship is top notch

as others have said he can be a bit slow on the communication some times but his work is great.

btw just to update people, I have been waiting 95 weeks for my 6 week turnaround reels and have had zero comms with Gary since November 2019. In this time I have had people confirm he has taken on work and they have spoken to him. Seems like he is ignoring me for whatever reason, however I am not alone, there is a number of others that are in the same situation as myself, all sent reels around a similar time too.
I have just had a Letter before claim delivered this morning to Gary as it's beyond a joke now and it seems like he's pretty much stolen a number of people's reels. Other's are doing the same with the letter before claim too.
I would advise anyone to avoid using him just in case you get yourselves in the same position a number of his customers are currently.

Surprises me this. I've used Garry a few times over the last 5-6 years and he's been nothing but faultless. Quick, reasonable and the work has been bang on. He serviced and replaced parts on a couple emblem spod reels late last year and he had them back within a week.

I've spoken to him and there are some very sad circumstances with family health that have led to the recent delays. However sympathetic I am to them, the reels should have been done long before this year started, he's a nice guy but business is business after all.

Are you actually serious,it's some reels for ****sake and business is business.Does that come before family and health.I hope he sends the reels back not done and tells you shove them up your back passage
