The rivers Oise, Ainse and Somme (amongst others) are within striking distance, buy the Carte de Peche and you can go every weekend all year!

Do a search of the local AAPPMAs in the northern departments. Many have lakes on their tickets which are free to fish once a carte de pêche has been purchased.
