Think he's been a bit picky on some of the Nash barrow things like moaning about where the handle assembly cable is as the power porter has pretty much the same and also about the battery compartment getting damp yet the power porter one is just in a bag
I love my power porter and not had any issues with it but the Nash one failing to get up that gentle slope is a joke

Love my power porter. Based on that video, the nash is junk. Had mine up much steeper hills than the one the nash failed on

Another quality Nash product. What a bag of ****. Yet again you've gotta wonder if anyone actually tested this outside of the warehouse. Surely it not being able to pull up a slope would have been picked up fairly early on. And being able to jam it on with the control switch? Really? You can't tell me they've tested that. Wheels that wobble? On a £800 barrow. I've got a forty quid wheelbarrow in my garden with better axles than that.

It was always a bit ambitious building a motorised barrow when they can't make a bag that holds together imo.

Not sticking up for nash as I'm not a fan of their gear but my Dad owns one and after having a go with it the only thing I agree with is the handles being too low. And it goes up higher slopes the that while his own 12v barrow wouldn't and would require disengaging the motor to push it manually.
The vid to me just seems like he's bitter about something.
Edit: After watching the video again, he's even clueless about how the switch on the barrow pressure sensitive so I would take everything else with a pinch of salt.

After watching that , and owning a Power Porter.
I feel I can safely say what and expensive load of Crap the Nash thing is in comparison .

I agree ... Seems "staged" to me to show the Nash in poor light ... I suspect that having a competitor in the power barrow market has ruffled feathers. Still, let's not let spoil the bandwagon jumpers fun

There was a chap who posted on here a while back who'd had similar issues with his, he complained his pulled to one side and wouldn't go up hills.
He said his was bought for him as a present so I doubt it's the same guy from the video.

If I was to buy a electric barrow it would be the power porter just because of how long they have been around.
However I now own a Nash Trax Evo and the build quality is a lot better than the previous 2 prestige barrows I've owned.

I think I'll wait for a more professional and balanced view on this
I'd love avid to bring out a powered version of their barrows as the design and storage is so much more well thought out than the powerporter

My Dad has owned both and I have used both of them and both of them have their pros and cons, both of them have their flaws, take away the branding and logos I think people's opinion would change. In my eyes though the trakker Access barrow is the best barrow on the market

The badges have no relevance here , one could go up the hill the other one couldnt , simple as that ,and although you may love you current barrow you still have to push it , so can never be the best on the market compared to power.
