The above is from the NHS itself, this is money set aside for payouts. Staggering isn't it.

Ffs - next week, nigel farage wary of brown people crossing the channel. In 2019.
You should maybe have a look at that tory recruitment drive and how they've missed targets, and how we are looking at a big gap in the number of teachers needed. But of course that can't be the fault of a sequence of terrible education ministers and policy..
