Im not surprised its still there to be honest. Saw a photo of a sorting office yesterday with literally hundreds of packages in crates waiting to be sorted.

A friend works at the post office and said and they are so far behind with backlogged post that virtually no chance getting anything this side of New Year

It is like that at this time of year anyway, it can only get worse with strike action, In conversation with local posties most of whom would rather not strike, those who strike in other areas break the chain and the local offices can only deliver that mail they receive from further up the chain, between strikes then come an unusually high amount of backlogged post that they simply cannot cope with.
the whole scenario is a complete mess, and does not bode well for the future, for posties or customers.

Just seen this i took a punt on one 12 Nov as a bit dearer than some have paid think it was £55 delivered i see one on amazon for £89 same thing so thought i'd give it ago. Seen them a lot cheaper since and seen some review on youtube testing the capacity which i think was bang on it's contains 6 10000 capacity batteries, if i get delivered the same thing it should be good (BIG IF)
Delivery is due in Jan 2023 so we will have to wait and see. If not i have been able to get a refund on aliexpress before.
I hope they all turn up for everyone and work great, most stuff if sourced and repackaged for the carp market from China as we all know so there's no reason they won't.

I'm wondering if they are using different batteries.
Seems they are coming from different sellers within AliExpress. Maybe they all use the same casing and control board, some sellers putting in the better batteries and some sellers not so.
Or it could be they are all exactly the same.
I wondering when they eventually turn up some will be heavier than others.
That'll be the next part of the saga will be for everyone to get their kitchen scales out.

Is there any advantage to these mostly expensive fancy "powerpacks" compared to a decent 12volt sealed battery , similar to a bait boat size,with a £5 usb twin socket fitted.

Well one of the two powerbanks i ordered has turned up today 
i was the one i payed about £43 quid for but looks a nice piece of kit. The cheaper one im still waiting for but did order that one afew weeks after this one so fingers crossed guys
