Of course there's a risk.
There's no vaccination cure, medication or therapy to deal with the virus is there?
The Government are between a rock and a hard place and cannot keep the lock down going as the economy will be in ruins and the implications of that will follow.
I don't mean to sound rude, but please think about what that all means and realistically where we can go from here.

Blooming heck, another one we agree on.
The guidelines have been so ambiguous and changed so often no-one knows what is or isn't allowed.
Matt Hancock was ripped apart by Philip Schofield of all people on Good Morning.
Dominic Raab said one thing, Boris Johnson another.
The guidelines on social distancing went from two metres down to one point five metres, but "oh no the British people don't understand distance", so back up to two metres.
I'm not stupid, I would say I'm reasonably intelligent, I can mix with one other friend, hence my comment about one car or two, a facetious comment to be fair, but you get my drift.
Now sure, I would like to night fish, yet once again, it was left as an unknown; although camping is banned, but say as an angler I'm not camping, but fishing, I'm not sleeping out, but watching a night float or by torchlight watching a rod tip. At the end of my session I go home, because I'm not allowed to stay out.
My gripe with Anglian Water was that they copped out of giving a timeframe. Fisheries big and small are saying they will open on 'such and such' date, when they have been able to work out available bailiffs, what pegs and precautions they need to take. Anglian Water chickened out of all of that. My point at Alton is that there is no need for anglers to be touching gates, or locks, there are none other than the main car park.
The public paths around are still being used by locals to walk their dogs around, some of the locals are still cycling round.
Bailiff and ranger patrols? Which ones would they be? I can count with one finger the times I was asked by a ranger if he could see my ticket; I saw the EA bailiff more frequently! Oh, and the ranger only bothered because I was in a swim near the car park.

Well I'm quite happy on the whole with how the government have handled it. It's a new evolving disease and situation and it expect them to need to make adjustments as necessary along the way.
The NHS has coped due to the governments actions and millions of people haven't been made unemployed or thousands of businesses close due to the government actions.
I expect a few twists and turns along the way. Why does everyone expect them to have every answer to every situation in an instant. Have you ever met someone who knows everything? Apart from my wife.

Seeing as you seem to know where everyone has gone wrong and must be an expert on infectious viruses. What would you have us all do?
What people need to remember is this is something we've never seen before in our lifetime, yet people are moaning that people don't have the exact answers straight away. The government are doing the best they can for everyone based on what data/info they have to hand

How is it working then,if its still spreading and will soon be massive again when idiots are doing what they want?We left it too late to lockdown and allowing flights in still without any form of quarantine in place is crazy.Other parts of Europe told us to act swiftly and what did Boris do,go shake hands with ppl as if the virus was not serious oh and then nearly died.Like I said before go crack on do what you want I could not give a flying fig and I hope you stay safe
