Trouble with these sorts of "reviews" is that they are a bit like Trip Advisor. People usually only post when they have a gripe - takes no account of the millions of successful deliveries.

My daughter is only working part time at the moment as she quit child care due to low wages and stress - you try looking after 20 2-3 year olds on your own when there should be at least 2 staff.
She went for an interview at Evri and got the job on the spot (that tells you everything!) but walked out after an hour when they tried to send her out with no training whatsoever and lied about the flexibility of the job and insisted she worked more hours than claimed.

Yeah it's really grim.
my replacement came this morning, I was telling the driver about the previous one getting lost and he just laughed and said he's not surprised, said it was absolute chaos at the depot.

No, I like lots of others recognise that there are issues with couriers but equally there are masses of satisfactory deliveries
Very easy to moan about poor service in every trade unfortunately.

I had dpd deliver my DNA Bait other day spot on yet DHL wouldn't leave my parcel in porch unless it was signed for and Hermes not an issue

I've found since moving recently that the companies I used to like (DPD) have been crap, our Evri guys have been spot on! Its the same as any job / company, you get great employees and crap ones. Just down to the luck of the drawer in your area I suppose!

Just waiting for a parcel from evri was told by company it would be there by Monday evening at 9pm message said company they now say wait 24/48 hours then get in touch,I leave till yesterday they now saying can I wait till 21st December,I hit roof but they insist I wait.

Evri are consistently dreadful and their customer support is shambolic.
I had an email saying they had tried to deliver a parcel but there was nobody in and nowhere safe to leave it. I was in and waiting for it and they hadn't tried to deliver it.
Last week I had 2 parcels being delivered on the same day with Evri - heard the porch door open and there was one parcel. Sat back down to my computer and had two emails from Evri.....one saying your parcel was delivered and another saying that the same person tried to deliver the other parcel but there was nowhere safe to leave it!! 😂
