So sitting on a lake bank having a joint is the same as driving whilst high as a kite? Behave! And also, the old bill rarely turn up for real crimes Ie burglary etc but they will go to a lake to give someone a caution for smoking a bit of a plant. Of course they did......

if one is referring to smoking it, ive never done, know plenty who do, dont bother if they do, not much different to drinking in my book and most of us like a glass of red or three
