Like the others have said I've already got a 12v charger so will buy 2 12v battery's and wire them up in series and far easier to charge them up.

Phil not teaching you to suck eggs mate but be careful !!!
when you order the wheel from my link MAKE SURE you select the right size as I think it defaults to the 36v one so you need to alter if if it does

I was toying with the idea of converting myself or buying one of the kits. In the end I just sold my triporter and bought an extreme.
Seems there was a massive wait for kits.

I got a powered Wheel ķit ordered from Amazon for wheel barrows. It arrived in 2 days. Cost 235. 3 forward speeds and reverse. Thumb throttle. 350 watt 24v.
I fittd it to carp porter. Biggest prob is the wheel fork. I did a little cutting and welding and got that sorted. The only other issue is fitting connectors. There are 8 wires going to/from wheel. 3 are automotive sort of grade (not very aware of wire gauges) so bought waterproof automotive connectors. 5 other wire are very thin and for these I used 5 pin led lighting connectors. These come pre-wired with approx 150mm of cable attached so easy to fit. Futher connectors fitted at handles. I bought the triporter conversion kit. The handle bar on this is square and the controls for the barrow are designed for round handles. I removed the handgrips from the conversion kit, slid out the square bar and replaced it with a bit of 22mm copper pipe I had kicking around and put the grips back on.
I've used it twice and it has been excellent. Put the wheel on the wrong way round once. Not a good idea so now clearly marked.
If I was to do it again the only thing I would change is the to retain standard barrow method, ie lift at the back, no wheels. I may get a twist throttle and fit it to old handles so that I can swap as required.
Edit. Forgot to mention controller, original connections etc are housed in a waterproof electrical connection box bolted to frame.
The powering aspect cost me less than 300 quid + battery, and took about 5 hours to sort. If you get the wheel from Alibaba as per Gerry (they seem identical) then you're looking at 200 pound quids. I went with A.....n purely on delivery.
If you can get the wheel mounting/ fork sorted then it's a viable option imo.

They are the exact same battery's I've just bought after the ones that came with my nash barrow packed up. The difference in weight is certainly noticeable,my question is gerry how do I know how long to charge them without wrecking them. I'm crap with anything electrical etc and these seem they need looking after.

There is a group on FB called - Carp Fishing Barrow Conversions & Conversion Insights for anyone who does FB.
There seems to me there are plenty in that group buying conversion kits from all different sites and half of them are asking about issues they've had or encountering that anyone else might of had when installing theirs, I would imagine if your not very savvy with the electric units and wiring etc its probably best to wait and go through one of the sellers already supplying the kits, some of the posts made me think they sound more trouble than its worth given the cost saving or people are buying some right ***** and trying to cobble it together, it seems a lot of it is not working correctly from the start or it's probably beyond their understanding and they're ballsing it up.
For the barrow parts they need converting or a conversion for ie:- fork or throttle adapters seem a lad called Jamie Sutcliffe is the one to get in contact with in the group.
