So, if you only fish rivers, and 'suffer' a 3 month close season, do you only pay 9/12th of your rod licence fee?

So I can't share my opinion?
Been a member of this forum for many years, over this time I would come to the conclusion that it's been fair and well run, and somewhere that people can share their own opinions on topics. Democracy is good!
I don't know where we will be in 4 months time, but a scenario where some people could lose 3-4 months of their licence could be possible, and my argument is that those people should be reimbursed in some way . e.g. licence extended.
I don't think that's unreasonable, and that's my opinion that I want to share.
Are you saying I can't do that on this forum? Are you a mod \ own the forum?
If you are and I can't share that opinion and it's not the right forum for me, then fair enough, I will bow down.

Are you going to ask for some road tax back as well as you're not driving as much? Maybe offset that with an extra contribution to council tax as we are all making more rubbish at home...
You licence fee doesn't just pay for you to fish. It covers a lot of ongoing work that is still happening so that we can all still fish in the long run.
That's why I don't mind paying it.

You are entitled to your opinion and you have expressed it strongly several times in this thread, and I don't think anybody is trying to stop you. Democracy is good but is based on managing disagreement and conflict. In the end we have to accept the will of the majority. I think it may be time to agree to disagree as you are clearly in a minority.

I'm talking about the cost mate, if you are moaning about the money you have lost because you can't fish then you have bigger problems
As already pointed out by many others it's pennies in the grand scheme of things, just be thankful you aren't one of the statistics at 4pm each day.
