I didn't accuse anyone, just stated that one of the rumoured users of this substance has had a great session and the bait company he uses are deleting comments off the report about his results, so my post was more about the bait company rather than the angler

Did steve renyard recently leave sticky baits shortly after an instagram post where it looked like he was having a pop at people using hormones, or has that not got anything to do with it

Several people I know have had better than normal results recently, none are sponsored or doing anything untoward, it's been unusually mild here of late, fish feeding up before the big freeze? Who knows but I wouldn't expect any bait company to punish an angler without proof, innocent till proven otherwise.

I was more just saying that they are obviously deleting comments to protect themselves and the angler from bad press, but they've not (to my knowledge) released a statement of support to the angler saying its not true, which I would have expected, more they just hoping the whole thing just goes away.

Thing is they don't fish with them and watch over them 24/7, very difficult situation for any sponsor, defend them and get tarred with the same.

He is a good fisherman...
I saw him at Farlows, it was fishing really badly and he seriously could only get one rod out as he was getting so many takes.. Amazing!

I just think that it's an amazing collaboration between the bait companies,a group of friends and teammates using different edges all having similar results.
This liquid that isn't associated with fishing, can't be bought in a tackle shop, but can be bought direct by the trade from a bait company, is obviously different to an edge that other bait companies have which their sponsored anglers are using.
It's like one of those riddles

I can't be bought in a fishing shop
I am available via a bait company
But not from all bait companies
I would not be picked from a list of 30 everyday things
I work best in shallow water

I just think that it's an amazing collaboration between the bait companies,a group of friends and teammates using different edges all having similar results.
This liquid that isn't associated with fishing, can't be bought in a tackle shop, but can be bought direct by the trade from a bait company, is obviously different to an edge that other bait companies have which their sponsored anglers are using.

This is a joint statement between me and my mate, prepared by my lawyer. I have not and would not ever use Brussels sprouts juice. Please remove all references of this by 7pm and issue an apology to stop further legal action. Vegetables in aquaculture can be very dangerous and posts like this will have people exploring radishes, cabbage and even asparagus. The only clue I am prepared to give, is you are looking in the wrong aisle. Enjoy your fishing
