Entertaining game for the neutral

Very open game though! both sides just went for it, I think neither wanted extra time and penalties

Busquets is still a quality player, superb last night

As for the Wops, look sharp up front. Lesson for Sterling, Sanchez, and Foden there, just take people on!

If Spain had an out-and-out goal scoring striker they'd have p*ssed it imo.
Both sides lacked discipline which made for a great game to watch.
If we got half the chances Spain had we'd put it to bed I reckon. I also think last night showed both sides vulnerability to pace, which we have by the bucket load.

But we need to get passed tonight first.......

Knew it would be a hard game that. We played well, especially second half onwards.

They tried to do a job on us, drew our players into their half and then attacked

He played well.

Thought we were nervous in the first half and lost the plot, Rice and Phillips chasing everything and not protecting the defence.

Can't complain about the result though, we were far the better team overhaul
