Used in anger in France last week. Started off with no issues. Lake was pretty weedy but the deeper was able to locate me some nice clear spots that produced fish throughout the week. However, after about 2 days of using the same spots, 2 of them disappeared from the app. I managed to re-find them and added them with no issues after that. The accuracy of the GPS is fantastic so i was able to hit the same spots every time. Battery life was superb, didnt need to charge either handset or boat once. I also removed the hopper seperator so just had 1 large hopper but will probably put it back in now im home. Wont be boating that much bait out on my lake. It asked me to do an update on Thursday but i declined and did it when i was charging it up last night.
Overall i think this boat is a terriffic purchase.

I’ve heard about 600 grams about the same as the wubs. Less than 30% of hopper weight think a good rule of thumb.
I would say £179.99 all operated by the main controller.
Downscan unit I’m expecting it to be £249.99.
Expect a official release from deeper in the next couple of weeks.

Maybe the disappearing spots were user error as only been in the IT industry for 43 years!!! Seriously tho, after that initial issue, the boat was impeccable. Quite a few options that can be changed as well, auto drop etc. Ill have more of a fiddle next time im out.

The downscan is a do it yourself add on. It goes on the opposite hull to the sonar. Its a really well thought out boat and after sales better than anything else out there. Just had a custom dpm BAS carryall made for mine as dont like the rucksack it came in.
