I can't imagine how you could make anything that's sensitive enough to actually work before the full weight if the lead is lifted, that would survive being cast. Unless some kind of pva peg is involved.

Interesting ti see how it works. I wonder who will be the first person to put 2 or 3 of them on one rig.

I imagine it doesn't. Just becomes a normal rig i suppose. I imagine it'd be hard to come out once that's been set off though. A fish will already have contact with the hook for it to engage at which point it fully pulls it in. I think it's a good idea and will
Put a small number of extra fish on the bank. Most are already done by the time it's used I imagine

I think the only people who will buy it will be those who feel they need to catch every fish that goes near their hook.
Hopefully it won't result in more damage to the fish than we already do

If it is some sort of spring loaded trigger device then I think vaguely remember reading that these sort of devices are in breach of the fisheries regulations.

Gonna be a load of nonsense let's face it. Give him credit his marketing and hype is second to none and people will buy it thinking it will make a difference. I'd imagine it's also been done before in some sort of form.

I never used to mind hamidi at first, he.was always a marketing man at korda but nothing over the top.....now with omc and this other blokes money his desperation has sent his aggressive marketing and throw it down your throat tactics to another level, everything that comes out is next level according to hamidi, how did we ever survive before omc came along...you could say he's a marketing genius, I call it pushy,annoying and way over the top...if his products are that good they'll sell themselves....

I guess it depends on what you view online. I would not have a scooby doo about the latest fad, TV programme, or which match angler is growing tits because of the amount of hormones they're using, simply because I don't engage in it. My social media is VERY minimal when it comes to angling, I think that has helped my bank balance too, as I've now got a nack of sticking with something I'm confident in.

Always makes me chuckle, people spend hundreds if not thousands on a trip to France, then spend a ton on the latest greatest bait they have absolutely zero confidence in because they have never used it.

I agree with a lot that you say here, having now used a lot of the products (just cause its marginally cheaper than other big names) I can actually say most of it is top quality.

The soft coated braid, the putty and the PVA products are absolutely spot on in particular.

I'd have to agree on the quality with the few pieces I've used. Can't fault any of it so far, but I have only used a few bits to be fair
