ah, ok sir, paypal makes sense.
with no proof of them dispatching your order, and no tracking information, in addition to a lack of correspondence, paypal will likely refund you no problem.

None of their gear was seconds......each bivvy they sold had a very slight difference to Aqua apart from the brollys.......
