Not always the case Amazon yes but evri they cheeky sods dumped my step daughter's prom dress packaging in my food bin.

They strike again,JAG sent me out my item again and yet again DPD don't deliver.Richard (DPD Driver)will be with me between 15.49 and 16.49,tracking shows Richard around the corner at around 17.30,still not delivered my parcel and then ****ed off back to the depot by the looks of the tracking.He must of been in a rush to get back to watch the match,DPD are the worst of the lot

DNA use dpd and I've even had my new mobile delivered by them and never had any issues at all especially when I wasn't even in

I think it's just luck of the draw by local depot. I live in East London and our office is in Brixton. DPD and Royal Mail are by far the most reliable. So much so that we use DPD for all of our work shipping, know the drivers and have almost zero hassle.

DHL are the worst for us, closely followed by Fedex.

I leave the likes of Evri off the list as if you go for the lowest cost expect then worst product. I wouldn't use them myself or buy from a company that scrimps on shipping costs.

I ordered some frozen bait got a email saying we will deliver your parcel tomorrow 29th and let you know a 1 hour delivery slot
DPD never showed up its says on tracking we will let you know when its left radlet ?
Never ever had trouble with Hermes onlY blooming DPD

I had the same experience recently with Evri where they left a couple of expensive bottles of whisky in the recycling box without leaving a note to say where it was. I was out and didn't get home until late and had to search to find it as I had received an email advising that it had been delivered, when my wife knew nothing about it. Lucky it was well hidden, but communication and general customer service is shocking

The real test for ALL the courier companies I find is not the delivery service but what happens when you arrange a pick up, that sorts the men out from the boys I can tell ya

Yodel left £130's worth of Wine at my front door when i had already ask them to deliver them to a neighbour.

well I just thought about it
and realised of course its clearly the Black friday sales that will have created a massive increase in online orders hitting all the parcel company's so guess we have to expect delays its not a perfect world

My first missing parcel was before black friday sales,you should get a job for their customer service dept Gerry

I ordered a flatpack table / shelves from go outdoors (like the medium nash banklife one)

Got the dreaded email from Evri - "we have your parcel"

Was supposed to be delivered this morning and had a further email saying it's bigger than they expected so they have to get a specialist courier to deliver it.

it's 62cm x 52cm x 10cm.

I had that the other day with Evri even after it already said ‘out for delivery' and gave me a time slot. Thing is, they delivered an exact same parcel a week earlier without any issue 🤷‍♂️
