People saying they prefer 210D polyester over aquatexx either haven't used the aquatexx or are straight biased.
I have bivvies in both materials, Aquatexx owned since circa 2004 ... no bias from me. ..... Aquatexx in its 20,000mm HH thicker guise is a good material when sold at nearer nylon prices (Cyprinus, Quest etc) but never as good as some are making out. If it was, then the leisure tent manufacturers would of been using Aquatexx by now

There you go again with your single minded approach. You assume too much based on your own taste/requirements buddy.
I actually bought a Tempest Air three weeks ago off a chap on here and ditched it after the first session to buy the standard TB lol.
I've had several Aquatex shelters over the years. They were great when I was bait&wait campaign fishing but no good for my mobile approach. Complete overkill (for me).
Everyone has a right to their own opinions
So why can't you accept it when others state a different option is better for them personally?? We've acknowledged you prefer the Advanced. Fair play. A bunch of guys on this thread prefer the standard TB. Deal with it, you have no right to say they are wrong.
Enjoy being cooked up in the summer when you spend more than 5 minutes in the brolly, or even waking up to an bright sun to feel like you're in a Sauna.
Eh? My brolly is normally packed away by the time the sun comes up mate. Different type of angling to what you must do

My v2 brolly was waterproof and certainly did not suffer with that problem.Its probably just condensation on the inside because had door closed well its pissed down for hours

The tempest brolly is the best shelter on the market at the moment for me. Lightweight, not bulky, up and down in a minute. Very stable.
Who needs vents? It has got a massive vent at the front, it's called a door.
I have never noticed the condensation either, but then I'm looking for carp, and trying to catch the damn things, rather than studying my tent.

I had a supa mk2 before so my expectations are low. Although lots of condensation, never seemed to drip on me. At least with v2 you have overwrap and skullcap that should help.

Are the quicksticks not supplied with the Brolly? as both my V2 air and advanced have them 48 inch I think?

Tbh I only bought the Air and then the TB for a specific water I'm fishing. A very open reservoir on which those big winds we had recently were just too much for my poor little Lo Pro. It just about survived, but its not the one on this water. The Air was nice but weighed a ton compared to the Lo Pro. The TB is spot on for it. Strong but light.
I'll still use the Lo Pro elsewhere but the TB is absolutely perfect for this res.

If you save 2 kg on the shelter, 2 kg ditching stainless, 6 kg on a lightweight bedchair/bag, etc etc... it makes a difference.
I am struggling to comprehend your mindset. I am not saying your Advanced is bad. I am saying it is not good for everyone. But you continue to argue it thinking your priorities are more important than everyone else's. It's just arrogance mate.
What the difficulty of the water you fish has to do with this I have no idea. You're not the only one fishing tricky waters.
Edit: if the nearest fish could be 10 miles way surely you should be taking the lightweight mobile approach looking for them rather than sitting under your brolly enjoying the airflow. Might explain the blanks?

Talking of quick sticks, have they improved them since the v2 bivvy days? The ones I have the threads are as soft as you like and you have to be really careful with them, already had one new set of bolts off Trakker
