Love the stuff from the Northern boys!! Pod casts started here before Korda..Nash and Carp Chronicles!! Its not profit but covering costs...just remember we had no content they brought it. More podcasts the better...

I'm glad it's back for one. At least Jamie is up front about why he's doing it, fella is probably broke due to Covid restrictions on his business so has to make a living. Just skip the first 15 minutes and you'll miss all the promotional stuff generally. Personally, it doesn't really bother me.
He's obviously a clever lad Jamie and at least can string a sentence together and although Mark doesn't say a great deal at times, I do find his sense of humour rather amusing. I often have a little chuckle when he comes out some dry witted comment.
As with most podcasts, they're very dependant on the guest being interesting and entertaining. I could listen to Ting Tong chat for ages for example (The Euro Aqua episode was a gem lol), as is Frank Warwick whereas others will send me to sleep.
Regarding the production, it's alright, I've heard much worse. It stands to reason that the Korda and Nash pods will have better sound etc, they probably chuck a lot of money at them, they can afford to.
Anyway, the more choice we have the better, I'm sure there's something for everyone out there which isn't something we could have said a couple of years ago. As with youtube, the content will get better the more popular they become I'm sure.

Have to admit that I have got back into them again now that the output is more regular. The fact that they are not connected with a particular manufacturer does to lead to some good non pc discussions.

If I'm honest carp fishing videos and podcasts are not my thing, seen far too much crap. I watch other stuff, crime and violence etc lol
Anyway, one showed up on my YouTube page today so I thought I would watch it, been out on my mountain bike for a nosy round a lake, came back, got a shower, laid on the bed and thought I would have a listen. 103 Julian Cundiff, bit of then and now but allround, for me, a good listen and not an advert in sight!

Massive fan of the Carp Cast to be fair, I struggled with the last few they did before they stopped as you could tell they were ready to call it, but have really enjoyed it since its been back
