Thanks for the help everyone, I opted for the Solar chair in the high version as recommended, early opinions are very positive and it's a good height .

What I like about the low is that it isn't as 'low' as other 'low' chairs and provides a comfy support without encouraging you to slump down. I use a Trakker Transformer for session fishing and the back is about the same size but the chair itself is lower and generally less 'upright' - the solar is 100% more comfortable . . . and with legs extended the seat height can be improved further
