I've got a mk7 24v power Porter it's been ace and had previous models before that once you have a power one you won't look back, I've still got a porterlite with straight handles that my lad uses and has been said multiple times here they are brilliant and I'd love them to do a motorised one
I'm also very fortunate to have been able to pick up the new Nash metro power barrow for xmas and my thoughts are I'm going to give it a good going over and either keep this or sell the PP
First impressions to compare are that the electrics and wirings are better on the carp Porter fittings are solid but the bags and accessibility of them are far better on the Nash also the battery housing being central Is definitely better
Like I say I'll be giving g the Nash one a good going over and will then report back with an hoe st review after some use
What I have noted is they seem to be selling for silly money o. The bay maybe due to the shortage of them in the U.K. which probably won't change anytime soon

the restbite is a better made bedchair for sure the benchmark was comfortable however Your right the feet benefited from glue and after a few years of me tightening the elastics I did notice the centre bars bending in, not majorly still usable, still in use. Hopefully the Solar will stand the test of time.
The wheel hub motor is the more powerful 350watt version of the wheel used on the Nash so yes it would fit any barrow, you just need to manufacturer a suitable bracket for it to fit the folks of that barrow.
The barrow is as good as any barrow on the market (Prestige Nash Fox TFG).

I had the slipping legs on my last benchmark, just replaced it with the level tech bed and hopefully these will suffice. And then the bracing bar on the rear wheels of my power Porter a weld has come undone 😩😀
