Yeah, do you remember Cotswold Baits old Strawberry Oil? I know there's no such thing, but did really well on 1 drop per 6 eggs......

...and asafoetida. One part carrier to one part EO, and even then it was too strong!

That took me back, that and Fenugreek. I used to have to wear none breathing gloves for 4 hour shifts in my work, everyone knew if I'd been fishing, :-x
The there was Nutrabaits Mexican Onion...up there too on the stink front but not as bad as A or F.

From Nutrabaits

ASAFOETIDA OIL (10ml)

Another smelly one that is packed in pong retardant plastic tubs. 'The Special' as it is sometimes referred to, is an outstanding carp attractor that combines superbly well with Black Pepper Oil. 11 drops of Pepper with 1 drop of Asafoetida being the usual combo. This is the essential oil that has the dubious distinction of being the one that nobody can pronounce.. Assa-fa-teeda!!

Lavender essential oil is my fav. I use Volant brand. They are pricey, but feel so different to other brands that I'm happy to pay more for them.

It is in red legend pop ups along with the modern version of “mixed herb”.
