Though if you get them to fit the XR500 instead you probably get a more comparable product.
The positives no app to maintain and manage which can be challenging from time to time.
They design and manufacture there boats
They integrate Toslon fish finders etc who are a Chinese company but tried and tested in the bait boat market
To be honest in all bait boats there is probably Chinese content like the speed controllers for example

Its def a Toslon boat - look at their website - Carp Royal have several of their boats rebranded and are presumably on a partnership deal. Agree the pimped XR310 with sonar looks small, however in the real world (typical UK fishing) this is probs sufficient. Confident they will be selling with other options eg XR310 and separate sonar / XR500 / Toslon TF range etc similar to Big Daddy XBoat . . .
