I have a set of Gert Ooms stainless hangers that weigh 58 grams each without chains or line clips. There was a set on EBAY, but just looked and they'd gone.

Just do what I have done over the years, make your own indicator bodies, it is not hard.
All you need to do is buy the chain and line clips you want, also weights if you think you need them, unless you want to use your existing bits which is what I do, then get a "tap" that matches the thread on the chain etc. Go on Ebay and buy some "PTFE" Teflon round bar rod, you can get it from 4mm to 100mm thickness in various lengths or some acrylic tubing etc which is a bit harder to work with as it cracks or splinters unless you go steady and tap it out to take the chains, line clips and weights. Also just drill out a small hole for an isotope etc and job is done
You could even use aluminium rod or tubing etc. Once you make some, it becomes a bug to improve on what you have.
Another thing I do is always have the weight at the top of the indicator, especially on short chains about 3", they detect drop backs better, otherwise, once the indicator has dropped to the full extent of the chain, the chain takes the "weight" of the weight and then you only have the weight of the indicator to tip over and drop lower but slower.. I call them "Wobblers" rather than idicators as they seem to "Wobble" on your line with the wind etc....but they do work better.

You are Correct
The hanging cord is attached to the main body so cannot add screw in weights to them.
Makes me now wonder why I have add on weights in the bag 😵"💫

How about the old type fox swingers with the sliding weight on an arm?. No false indication in the wind, think the sliding weight is 50g.

Another thing that I have done in the past, is do away with the chains etc and added some light pole elastic to the bottom of the indicator and fastend the other end to a tent peg or a bar fastend to the bar up the middle of my pod.
By applying some tension, it acts the same as a heavy indicator as it is pulling the indicator downwards. One thing that I did find was, it made takes a bit savage when I would have the indicator partly hanging down with the elastic a bit tight, as the fish ran, the indicator would rise, the elastic would tighten more, and I think the fish took a disliking to that and it would bolt
In fact, I don't know why I stopped doing it
In fact it has come to me today why I did stop doing it, you had to remove the indicator manually, if you didn't, when you lifted the rod up a bit too high, the indicator would ping off with the elastic under a lot of tension and it would not do it much good if it hit anything hard etc and isotopes broke easily with the shock

Crikey I remember making some bobbins back in 84 with light catapult elastic used to add tension to them. They worked really well.
