Def 180M of 0.35 backing to fill the spool - 180M = 197yards = 49wraps

Easiest way is probs to reverse spool (if you have a matching spare spool) so the above is irrelevant as braid wont suffer from excess twist when you reel it back on in reverse. If you don't have a spare and your not bothered about wasting cheap backing line (eg Korda Basic / Daiwa Sensor) you could work out (from the reels retrieve rate if you know it) how many revolutions of the handle and reel on 180M+ with a few extra turns to be safe - then wrap out 49 wraps, cut the line and discard whatever's left on the spool. Reel the backing mono back on the spool from the wrap sticks then attach the braid to the mono and spool up as normal.
Personally would only wrap out 45 wraps approx so the braid has a decent lip on the spool (rather than filling the spool to the brim and ditching the excess braid when you get an inevitable wind knot
)

I've done similar by weighing the spools in the past too to save having to measure too much
